Q: Do you deliver / ship?
A: Yes! Whether large or small, contact us! Every customer’s delivery needs will be unique, and whether you live close by or are far away, we would like the opportunity to provide you a delivery / shipping quote.

Most smaller items will ship via USPS, UPS or other Ground Service.  For larger items, we work with a variety of haulers, businesses and delivery crews to accomplish deliveries that are outside of our local reach.  As said in the beginning, whether large or small, contact us!

Q:  How do I place an order?
A:  You can begin an order by sending an email to AmishTraditionsWV@gmail.com or sending us a message through our Facebook page.  Each item has many options from which you can make selections to tailor the piece of furniture for you and your home.  These options include wood species, stain color, hardware selections and other varying features.

We feel that each and every order, whether large or small, requires and deserves a personal touch.  We want to work with you to help find the perfect item or set for your home and very much enjoy the interaction and process.

Q: Where are you located?
A: Amish Traditions no longer has a Brick and Mortar location. Our store is entirely Web Based as of Spring 2018. However, home base for us is North Central West Virginia in the City of Bridgeport. Our family has many years of experience in handling Amish Crafted Furniture!

Q: Where is the furniture that you carry manufactured?
A: Our builders reside in a number of different places. Most of these Townships and Communities are based in Indiana, Ohio and Pennsylvania. We are able to offer fair and competitive prices due to our long-term and close relationships with all of our builders.

Q:  Can I order a custom piece?
A: Yes. The easiest way to order a custom piece is to find something on our website that is close to what you’re looking for. Maybe it’s a TV Stand, a Bookcase, a Desk, Kitchen Island, Server or Hutch, but maybe everything that is “Standard” is either too big or too small. Contact us and let us know your needs, and we’ll be happy to help the best we can.

Q:  Can you match the stain of my current furniture?
A: We have many stain colors to choose from. If none are close enough to meet your needs, our Amish finishers are able to customize a stain match with a piece of trim, flooring, or even a drawer of your own that you would like to match your new furniture to.

Q: Does your furniture come with a warranty?
A: Yes. The builders we work with take pride in their work and want to be helpful with any warranty concerns. Although a warranty claim is rare with Amish Furniture, each one is handled on a case by case basis. We will work with you to address your concerns. However, warranty coverage is only available for furniture purchased from Amish Traditions, LLC. We simply cannot warrant items purchased from other stores.

Q: Do you offer financing?
A: We accept all major credit cards, and we will also work with you to arrange an In-Store Layaway.
